A quote for fees is not provided until we have discussed your legal needs.

 

A Will & Directive Document Package may include: 

• Will and Testamentary Trust​

  • Medical Power of Attorney​

  • Directive to Physicians ("Living Will")

  • HIPAA Disclosure

• Power of Attorney

• Declaration of Guardian 

  • For an Adult​ and/or

  • For Minor Child or Children

• Directive for Disposition of Remains

I typically work on a Flat Fee basis.  However, there may be particular circumstances where an hourly rate may need to be applied.  All fees and terms will be discussed prior to commencement of work.

 

For individuals who have a financial hardship that can demonstrate a financial need price accommodations can be discussed.
