I am a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. I graduated law school from Baylor University. It is my belief that everyone should have estate plan documents prepared early so that their intentions are declared prior to their passing or incapacitation. It is also my belief that everyone deserves and we should all be treated with Kindness, Dignity, and Respect. My preference is to work with individuals and families that have small estates because I do not provide tax planning services. I look forward to working together with you!

1 / Schedule Your Free 45 Minute Initial Potential Client Meeting
Prior to our meeting you must complete and submit your potential client intake form. We will meet and discuss the services I can provide.
2 / Price Quote and Agreement of Services
Price quote will be provided to you and if you would like to work together you sign attorney/client agreement.
3 / Selection of Representatives and Further Information
You will make your representative selections and provide any additional further information needed.
4 / Legal Documents Drafted & Reviewed
Legal documents will be drafted and provided for you to review.
5 / Legal Documents Signed
Legal documents are signed in a process called a signing ceremony.
